Our whole reputation is built on one thing: the person who walks into a customer’s house does a proper job and leaves it tidy. That’s who we’re looking for.

We’re taking on self-employed subcontractors across the North West as the work grows. If you’re good, we’ll keep you busy.

Trades we take on

• Joiners and door fitters
• Floor fitters
• Kitchen fitters
• Bathroom fitters
• Plumbers and electricians
• Tilers and plasterers

What you’ll need

• Your own tools and transport
• Public liability insurance
• UTR number, and CIS registration if it applies to you
• Any card or registration your trade legally needs — Gas Safe, NICEIC or equivalent, CSCS where required
• Work you can show us. Photos of finished jobs tell us more than a CV ever will

Time served counts for more with us than certificates. If you’ve been doing it twenty years and never written a CV in your life, send us photos and we’ll take it from there.

How we work

Work is priced per job and agreed before you start, so you know what you’re earning before you pick up a tool. We supply the materials, we deal with the customer, and we handle the quoting and the aftercare. You do the fitting.

We pay on time. We don’t drip-feed. And we don’t send you to a job that’s been badly measured or half-described — if we’ve made a mess of the survey, that’s on us, not on your day.

What matters most

Turning up when you said you would. Ringing if you can’t. Being decent in someone’s home — polite, tidy, dust sheets down, hoover out at the end. And telling the customer straight when something isn’t going to plan instead of hoping they don’t notice.
